I have talked to hundreds of people that have lost property in the different storms that ravaged Florida and New Orleans, where I was born, it is my true belief, you are only now going to start feeling the pain from the fire through a company that has been happy to take your money.

Is foreclosure.com a good source or are there better mouse traps available?

I am born and raised here and have been actively investing and working full time in real estate for the last 4 years.

To be honest, I was trapped in Analysis paralysis mode for awhile.   

Sugar ants, they need to put out ant traps.

Its too easy to fall into a trap and get yourself in trouble.

I too will be reaching for the stars with my purchases. 100 units by the birth of my first born would be ideal.

I'm currently focused 100% on Wholesaling and am new to the Colorado market (Was born in the springs though) and am currently putting together an off-market lead generating system to funnel in as many deals as possible for the investors here in CO.

I live in New Paltz (born & raised) and am currently rehabbing a single family in Kingston.

I've had the exterminator spray it twice inside & out, and have filled all cracks, holes, etc. but they are still showing up in the traps the exterminator left behind.
