I know neighborhoods in Detroit right off the Southfield Freeway/Warren area that you would think you in Dearborn Heights but go down to ten or so blocks and it looks like a war zone, every other home is vacant. ( Speaking as a Metro Detroit Native) I would suggest to your friend:-evict the tenant who is refusing to pay the rental agreement price.

ATC uses what they call "flight strips" a paper on a sliding block that fits in a rack that slides down and allows the controller to work the rack until all the strips reach the bottom and are then pulled off.

You're looking at pure cash flow with no hope of appreciation on the MH, might as well rent cars, IMO.Actually, IMO, with the new rules we must live with, I don't see MHs being that great unless you are really busy, guess it depends on where you are, but in my area, not too much profit in them to justify the pain of compliance.

My biggest problems are lack of time and lack of experience.I need to start getting and income very soon, so I don't have time for a lot of possible options like studying to become a real estate agent.The property manager position I mentioned is only an internship, because the actual property manager positions I saw required a 4 year college degree.Are any of the positions you listed not blocked by these two obstacles?
