Is there any way that an ordinary individual can get access to exhaustive mls listings for a certain area?

I have access to a line of credit to pull the 10% but don't want to because that payment is so high it will make the property very hard to cash flow.

We were supposed to sign on the 13th of October but they have been working on cleaning the title up and we withdrew from the house (not because there's no potential but there was a better house on the market with great location) The house that we got that's in a great lcoation (2 blocks from teh elementary school) is assessed at $49k - needs about $4k-$8k in repairs.

There's so many ways of accessing cash without creating income it's ridiculous.

Does anyone know of good sites, contacts for commercial bankruptcy auctions of real estate?

I passed with a pretty good score overall...I don't understand why you'd want to get your license other than to access the MLS (Which can be a good thing at times, but isn't nessisary with other data services out there if you're in a covered area).
