This is partially due to the fact that the value for these kinds of properties is based on comps (i.e. what an average person is willing to pay for) instead of the income it generates.I don't have any firm data on it in front of me, but I recall reading that the biggest losers in the last crash were folks who focused on SFR.

I have also encountered some condominium complexes which indicate ventless dryers are required.They biggest problem we have encountered with ventless dryers is (re)educating tenants to think a little differently about how they do laundry.

In my quick look on zillow and redfin I didn't see anything wrong with the house, my biggest concern would be the Google street view showing the home in its un-rehabbed state along with the neighboring properties.
