I bought a land at Tax Sale Auction thinking I was buying a house for 18.5k, really soon after the Auction I was embarrass for my poor Due diligence, took me a while to overcome the feeling.Year and half later I took the decision to sell, and finally a buyer 11 months after law ball me and I accepted 18k, just to take my inicial investment, but this time title company told me Is a Labor Lien for 14.5k dated from 1985 (the land used to be City’s property).According to my math, if I decide to go through I’ll be loosing all my money, because I paid back taxes and current. 

The property went through probate and since has not paid property taxes and is scheduled for auction in the next two weeks.

We recently purchased a foreclosed home at an auction.

Does any one have any experience buying auction homes in the Atlanta area???

I purchased a HOA foreclosed property through our counties judicial online auction in March of 2019.

I'm on ListSource customizing a list, and under the Foreclosure tab it's giving me the option to select either pre-foreclosures, pending auction sales, and bank owned.I'm a newbie wholesaler and am working towards my first deal.

Furniture and the 4 main appliances from an estate auction would be $800-$1000 to furnish a 1 bedroom place.  

Does anyone have experience with 'Make an Offer' through Auction.com that is available on some houses prior to going up for auction?
