rich, follow up, this was an article i had come across and posted the link on the forum once before, it talks about Land trusts and if you should do them in PA.

Reading investment stats and news this morning I found this article posted 2/1 on "Florida Realtors.Org" with very encouraging information.

We bought a single unit and have held for over ten years, but are now looking to expand our portfolio at this point and exploring all options. 

I was wondering why I haven't notice your blogfeed articles on other sites such as yahoo.com news feed and apple news feed.

I have been reading articles and discussions plus listening to BP popcast for many months, but I have yet to participate the forum discussion.

I too am leaning toward the Lauraville area but also still looking explore more of the areas around Hamilton, like Waltherson, Morgan Park, Belgrave, Cedmont. 

Please find one who is not afraid to explore the downside dangers with you--one who wants to help you buy five houses and not just one--one who is doing enough business to not ever send any sales pressure your way.  

So far my screening and qualification process has helped protect me from falling prey to those who are trying to get their pets into our properties under false pretenses.Check out the numerous BP threads where this topic is explored in depth.

Alternatively, lawyers can become brokers by filing simple paperwork so may be another avenue to explore if not looking to be a full time realtor/agent.
