If (or when) I have enough cash flow to leave my day job, I should have time to study up on note investing.BP offers a wealth of knowledge about a variety of topics.

Lenders will make the same non-recourse loans to a 401(k) as they will to an IRA.There are lots of posts on BP on this topic.

There are probably hundreds of threads here on BP discussing this topic, and opinions vary, of course.

Review some of the articles that have been published, search with key word; also list keywords that you may wish to be alerted to.
