What this means depends on (1) the way the actual contract is written (2) whether the CFD is recorded or not (3) the state laws in effect at the time the CFD was executed (4) the state laws in effect now and (5) in Texas, as in some other states, what percentage of the sales price has been paid.Unless an investor is VERY familiar with the laws of a particular state, it is imperative that an experienced, knowledgeable attorney render an opinion.

First things first - 50 K is good money to do lot of things , These "things" might not be just exactly buying a house , but you should try to know what is the best use for that 50k which will give you a reasonable return /break even / slight loss - but the most important thing is , After that project you should gain some practical knowledge abt investing in US Another important thing that I learnt - never take anything that anyone say here as an absolute thing. we all have our blind spots and biases .

I'm not really sure how I stumbled on this information, but I recently learned that a new law was enacted which requires landlords to notify tenants that a rental is in a flood zone when they have actual knowledge of that fact.
