These areas are readily assess to Center City via bus routes and regional rail...minutes from major roadways (Lincoln Drive, 76, 309, and the Turnpike). 

I'm in the PA coal region.

I'm looking to offer $90k for this property, rehab costs in the region of $45k.

I'm in the North York region, so if there are any meetings in that area that would be great! 

I guess we are a "regional" destination for many services and businesses, including an area of town with 2 major hospitals, a few outpatient type of facilities (for example a prominent higher end specialized cancer clinic), and tons of doctor offices and such.  

In some areas of Illinois, the regional state EPA is pushing for daily testing.
