Hi everyone,I am new to this community and real estate investing.

As someone who spends a majority of time at work, I'm currently in the exploration phase of understanding the real estate landscape, particularly the BRRRR strategy, and how it might fit into my lifestyle and commitments.1.

With the upcoming election approaching us soon, I am curious about what others are thinking on what will happen to the real estate world.

@Jimmy Rojas I always recommend trying to start out locally so you can get a feel for how real estate investing truly works.

This is a great point, I would strongly consider just selling the rental and then buying a new primary + other rental real estate 

This is an exciting start of life-long journey I'm pursuing in real estate.

The only real money I have is equity.

I've been interested in real estate investing for quite sometime and decided to get my license while I wait for my main gig to get going again.
