I'd recommend typing the address into a crime mapping agency (there are several free ones online) and seeing what the police reports are in that area as well as the frequency.

I've seen Police Officers  leave our  house filled with roaches, Ministers using our homes as a church, one tenant wanted to use  our home as a Funeral Parlor, and work on the bodies in the basement.

You can set up automatic alerts on the city website for each property for both DNS and police reports; in case there is an issue you hear about it the same day instead of 7 days later when you get a letter from the DNS.

There's alot of businesses around me with huge workforce like baker hughes 2 minutes away, the police training academy, and many more oil companies, I would love to know how to get one of these big guys to come and want a store on my land I have no issue building them whatever, I just dont know the process of doing something like that.
