Hi Bryan,My office lists Fannie Mae properties primarily in Cape Coral.  

Since 2008, the government has all but halted lending in the US by adding appraisal management companies, so loan officers could no longer speak with their appraiser, the 2010 GFE, biggest joke ever - 4 pages that no one understood, including most loan officers, and the Dodd-Frank junk that all ended up costing consumers an average of 25% more per loan - over $1000 additionally in fees.  

The loan officer seems to be overly protective of the appraiser.  

I have calls into most of their commercial loans officers, but thanks for the recommendations.

I live in the Atlanta area, and also did research "and" visited his offices and call center up in Cumming; about 45 minutes from my home.

That is my understanding and I've been to 5 of the islands and have not seen anything larger than a mobile construction office.

She's asking $620,000.00 Doing my research though the county tax assessor and collector's office, their sites give a roll value of $59,850.00.

My new loan officer is telling me that it has to be put back towards the loan.I was hoping to see the contingency reserve at the end of my rehab to complete extra work that was outside of the SOW.
