We just tell people that in order to ensure our office maintains the consistency that is required by fair housing, we require everyone to use the identical form for their accommodation request.

@Marcus Auerbach,I have had very mixed experiences.. personally, I don't like rentals near my house, because it's so easy to to identify them-- they're the ones with overgrown bushes and poorly maintained lawns, and probably 3+ cars. 

In a perfect situation you may have one per property, but the cost and effort involved in maintaining that many LLC is cumbersome.

Plus the small cabins are so much easier to maintain since it’s mostly couples coming in and out.
