Good schools, good internet, great amenities, and not too far from a big city if you need to take a break or add variety to your shopping/dining/entertainment.

The tenant would be responsible for phone/internet/cable.Partial furnishings means it will have a custom built in kitchen, balcony furniture, light fixtures, and double sink/vanity with custom surround lit mirror and pendant lighting in main bath.

There is the hassle of maintaining all utilities, internet, etc and making sure the property is clean.

They download a form off the internet and think that qualifies the animal. 

I have a property management company I just started working with but am open to looking into other management companies if you’re affiliated with one.

There are a few elderly people that don't have internet and I'm not going to force them to drive to my office to fill out a little form.Rules are rules, but they should be reasonable, justifiable, and (rarely) bendable.

It's an internet forum so this will happen sometimes and my views are not a statement about whether or not your advice is sound! 

Maybe I'm just lazy, but the thought of paying utilities, cable/internet/cleaning/lawn/short term property management fees, and not to mention regular maintenance  and then you have to budget for the winter months.. sounds like way too much work for me!
