I get a decent a mount of off market multi family deals perfect for those looking to house hack in NJ but they tend to be much higher price point

There are a number of great new construction builds around Philadelphia, and I'd like to reach out to the builders. How do I go about finding the builder for a particular address?

I have sold multiple houses w/o realtor and bought my current home in the same way.

I am currently renting but I like the idea of house hacking to start out.
