I just got into a JV with an experienced contractor on a fix & flip and was wondering what kind of terms are common.

At that time we started looking for a new contractor.

That way I dont have to find zillions of different contractors.

I am having a detached garage built next to one of our properties and need some concrete/foundation contractor references.

I am a contractor , when I am asked about how much will it cost to remodel a kitchen .  

I'm looking for reliable contractors for a property south of the greater Atlanta area.
