If you can do this, that would be best!

San Diego will have a ton to go to with how many people are in the area investing.

in short, it's going to take a lot of networking and time that doesn't initially have any revenue attached to it.hope this helps

I know a HELOC normally does not come with much of a closing cost, but over the long-term, this might make the most sense.

Apparently, they are owned by the 10x PM company and at this time we are inclined to work with 10x as our PM so it makes sense to consider the "Nailed It" construction company as long as I get some positive feedback here :-) 

That being said, experience in this world is huge.
