I like the way that Cozy handles the tenant application and screening process but I’m stumped about how to handle employment verification paperwork.

@Meredith L. asked me the other day about the development of employment - who better to answer this than the CEO of a company that provides workforce?

My father-in-law was self-employed most of his life (dentist) so his retirement plan was building rent houses. 

I completed my grad school whilst working professionally and had my employer foot the bill for most of it. 

I am currently employed as a residential building superintendent for a new Brooklyn property.

The property manager will verify their income by contacting their employer or checking pay stubs.

I am finding many professionals who have only that certificate in commercial real estate from Cornell and no other education such as bachelor's or master's, or no other education in real estate and these people are successfully employed as directors, vice presidents, or simply appraisers or advisors for real estate needs.

Not necessarily against the camera just don't see it as having a practical use.The relationship between contractor & home owner is not the same as employee/employer.

In my Canadian brokerage employer, I've learned more about handling customers well, follow up, book a viewing, keep track on buyers and sellers leads.
