Deals are still possible there, it's close to public transportation and a lot of the renters getting priced out of SF will head there first before they come down to the South Bay.Let me know if you have any more questions :)

Hello current or former San Diego residents,My partners and I are expanding out to San Diego from Boston in November. 

These areas are really up and coming and can be a great alternative to people who work in the Boston area, but can't afford to live or invest there.  

I currently work in Boston, so it would be much easier for me to live in Quincy.
