The big ticket items in Atlanta when something goes wrong tend to be water in the basement or crawlspace or having to dig up the septic system.    

Apparently I was supposed to be given notice of the appraisal earlier in the year but they sent it to the wrong address.At this point is there anything I can do?

Gut told not to rent to the first one and to rent to the second, boy was I wrong and I worked full time in Real Estate Sales/Rentals.  

To me 20 units or $10k in gross rents would be a priority, but maybe I am wrong.

imagine if the loan officers husband was appraiser, would that raise red flag, her husband was doing a quote for the 203 b it would seem like  conflict, maybe there is some lenders on BP that can shed some light, I have been wrong before 

Unless I'm reading this wrong and you only have 1 house at this point?
