Does anyone know of any cheap photographers in the Cleveland area that offer before and after photos?

I did a resource guide to help real estate investor rehab more effectively, before and after photos, you can download for free [Link to Self-Promotion Removed by Mod], I spend approx $2000 to do this one and I included the the Lowe's SKU's I used.  

They handled with my permission and proper ID, to let the renter move their things and couldn't use this against me at court, because I mailed a certified letter, explaining my actions.I hope this idea helps. ( I explained that, I did not sell or steal contents and provided photos/video)Good Luck.Jerry

When the guests show up to unlock the door, simply ask, in the most casual way you can, if the tenant made them their own key.

However, I think it's completely worth it to spend $100 on professional photos for the listing.  

Photos, rent roll/p&l statements would be two most important for me.

Take great photos and don't use your address, just post the intersection or neighborhood name.
