There's a blog/site called retireearlylifestyle.com that I highly recommend if you want to see how wisdom, frugality, and the willingness to take a different approach to early retirement has been going on for 20+ years, before concepts like FIRE were main stream.I'm a Dave Ramsey fan and we recently became Baby Step 6a Debt Free...all loans and personal residence paid off, but we still have rental loans. 

I know there will be a lot to it, but I'd like to hear a few words of wisdom from some guys like Tim and others here on the forum that are involved in insurance and maybe even some that ARE insurance brokers, any wisdom to be shared would be greatI personally think it would be cool for her to do that, I'm hoping to get the cheapest rates in town :mrgreen:

Given the wide range of expertise and talent that Bigger Pockets members have, I decided to post the following questions in the Forums in hopes of discerning some wisdom from fellow members:Is Real Estate investing in Saint Louis Missouri a good choice/safe market?

I have created 25+% returns with leverage and I can replicate that process again although it will take time to redeploy that capital.With the intention to always be learning, I am soliciting ideas that would return 20+% at a minimum on a 7 figure cash basis.Thanks in advance for the BP world of wisdom.
