She said to pull a list from "wherever you get your lists" that shows the addresses of absentee-owner properties that have been purchased by Corporation (scorp, llc, etc.).I was checking out a couple sites online where one can pull absentee-owned property addresses, but I'm not sure how to filter out those that have recently (past 4-6 months) have been purchased by an LLC.

There is about $14k total owed (payments and taxxes). this was going to come out of the $55k, and with the remainder I had planned to try and get a loan to buy a house with about $30k down, and spending about $7k on the renovations to make it handicapped accessable.

Some certificate holders just hope to collect the minuscule interest rates (minimum 5% total regardless of how many years), or some may have realized the property isn't worth the total of their certificate, plus all the other outstanding certificates which they would have to pay off to send to auction.
