Make sure you will have enough in cash for the renovations you need to do plus the down on the other property you want.In your spare time find a three bedroom home that you want to buy in the neighborhood you want and find out what the ROI is or will be. 

It depends on the quality of the lawyer and their hourly wage.

I currently own three single family homes.

The property appraiser website has 2 bedrooms listed for this property but the home has three.

. -  Honestly you are not going to find much if anything in the $100K-$150K range in the three areas you listed. 

My husband and I have searched, called, interviewed... and still can’t find a CPA that meets our needs.We are a military family with three investment properties and hopes of flipping soon.The CPA we finally found last year charged us $1,200 to do our taxes and my husband had to re-do them because she missed things.Help!
