Condos are popular because of their price range between $150 k and $300 k.

I am searching for a duplex to house hack with a mortgage in the north Orlando area (Apopka, Longwood, Altamonte, Ocoee) but the ones in my price range (under $130,000) are too far away from my job and family.  

They ranged from valid to silly.

Winter electric bills may be in the $150-$250/month range but summer I leave them off and our hot water/electric bill is about $40/mo- so annual utilities for a heat pump home might range $1500-$2500- a little less on average than a oil/gas home.  

I've heard indications from mortgage brokers of sizing to lesser of 8.5-9.0 DY or 65%-70% LTV and coupons in the 4.5 - 5.5% range.

So no matter how it happened, as long as we stay under my range, I'm still happy.

Zillow also has a "z-estimate" for the range in rent you might expect for the property but it is not always accurate.
