I've got a 7 year old daughter as well who wants to own mansions lol. smh I believe there’s a huge opportunity to empower more young people with the knowledge and tools they need to get started in real estate investing.

I'm looking to start investing, and i like the brokerages that double close since they help you through the whole process.

So, if you haven't investigated things already with the city you may want to start there. 

I am looking to gradually start buildling my team again and would appreciate solid references  for the following specifically in the Cleveland, Ohio area :- Investor friendly real estate agent - small bank lenders/ private lenderes- inspectors- appraisers- contractors Thanks in advance, and happy hunting :)

Our experience in similar projects and the strong market demand in the area further solidified our interest in this property.

I strongly prefer as little competition as humanly possible. 

Seems to be a lot of moving pieces here but I'll start off with the fact that I would need to know more about the situation to thoroughly advise on what is going on.In a lease purchase agreement, you will not recognize capital gains until the property is actually sold.
