I plan on renovating and before I inquire at the county building department I was wondering what may be needed.I'm know GFI's and and smoke detectors are mandatory but what else should I be aware of?

They leave trash outside their unit, they've clogged the pipes with baby wipes, they smoke pot in their unit with the children inside and they don't have any power.

I am trying to think creatively here on how we can generate some income from this to office some of our carrying costs until we find the right buyer...hence the billboard idea.Here is a little about he location:- Back of property has clear visibility from major state route with INDOT listed traffic counts of 12 to 20k cars / day- Property is located on a slight curve, so cars traveling north will get prime exposure (though this may prevent having usable space for southbound traffic)- No billboards in the immediate area with tons of major retails present (i.e. tractor supply, Holiday Inn, Menards, etc.)So in addition to checking the City / State to see if I could obtain a permit, what other advice / insights do you have?

IE they get a judgement they bounce a check.. they buy something they should not.. the same pattern of bad money management that got them to Naca in the first place.However if a person buckles down and follows their direction to a tee.. you can get a smoking deal.. the one I sold to a buyer I bought down the interest rate all the way to .75% plus paid closing cost for them.. so on a 90k mortgage the payment was something like 200 a month or less..

Grapevines destroyed, roses dead, broken glass in the windows, a wall knocked out of a metal shed.There was no sign of life, the extra family living in a travel trailer is gone, and there was a large flatbed trailer in the drive filled with ruined carpet, broken furniture, and garbage.

Of course I can eventually travel on both roads but I'm not sure which route I should embark on first.
