The investors that get distressed properties and fix them up should be pretty decently insulated from a drop if they have been making smart purchases.

There are many ways to protect yourself, the best way in my opinion, is doing your “due diligence” on the Ira company and even more important is the “due diligence” on the investment.In this day and technology age background checks, social media, state and local licensing filing pages on line, better business bureau, BP forums, etc I don’t think a company advertising and in the public everyday  can fool all the people all the time. 

I am looking for a ROI calculator (EUROS) that will help me as I consider purchasing a property in Costa Del Sol, Spain.If you have come across one that you have used to help you in the past, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share a link.I am grateful to this community of Investors for all of the insights that you have shared to help us make smart(er) investment decisions with real estate.Cheers!
