There are also laws that require both spouses to sign off on selling certain real estate, so title companies and lawyers want to know marital status.

The yard is being used as a parking lot.I've lived in many places around the world and parking on the lawn is always a sign of a low-class property.You have a large population so the demand exists.

People will move when they need to move or want to move, regardless of whether they've signed a long-term lease.

My first concern with this transaction is the qualified use requirement of the property.

When attempting to sign up to use their new portal feature, I noticed they wanted us to agree to some new terms including exclusivity.  

In doing so, I will not be reselling anything I will just hand over everything to my partner  (cash buyer) during the closing transaction but how can I do that if nowhere on the original P& S does it say I have partners (hence unable to put and/or next to my name).

And as this is my first one, what is the process - have them get "qualified" by a RMLO before or after signing or negotiating.......
