The overwhelming sentiment amongst travel nurses is that Florida is the biggest dud because housing is expensive and per diem rates are ridiculously low compared to other states so I wouldn't bank on a robust travel nurse clientele anywhere in FL.

When you take a loan from the contract you're just receiving a loan from the insurance company ( no credit check, no ridiculous loan closing process, etc.) the loan is simply collateralized by the cash in the policy.
