Still I can't help but feel the draw towards both as investment vehicles.

For example is your primary vehicle owned/insured under the LLC?

Specially talking about mobile homes in which there are no mortgages as they are homes are vehicles and have a VIN number.Or what if a lease option is done with the same mobile home owner, in which he pays $1000 down, and monthly payments of $200 monthly, and after 3 years, he has the option to buy the mobile home for the amount of $1.

When investing I compare my vehicle options, so if I put 7,000 into a mutual fund I aim for a particular return for the risk.

The light rail has/is coming online.

Two major transportation options here too (Grove St. light rail and Watsessing Ave. train station). 

Thank God for this IRS allowance and vehicle and thank God there was a bank willing to underwrite this loan. 

Remember, every dollar not going into a tax deferred vehicle is reduced by the relative tax rate by the time it gets to your pocket.
