Exception to the Rule: Using a title like ‘Work from Home’ can get you a large response because the value to the applicant is present in the title before they even click on it.

If you do not have experience screening tenants, it may be worth it to have this agent present their renter to you. 

Due to the small amount of reading I've done, instead of listening, I now know that there are infinite options out there including some where I may not even really have to be out of pocket if I have the right presentation and talk with the right people.

I think the best flip opportunities are present when there is something special about the location or style of the house.
