Facebook groups for landlords: I would search on Facebook for a landlord group and search posts or posts yourself what you are looking for.

I would look into your local REI Facebook group and search for previous posts of people looking for property management companies.

Use the lookup function. look for my post.  

If it is an Invesment property you are able to utilize no income no doc products .

Since I last posted we now have seller lead service, skip tracing, API integration for direct mail and a mobile app for managing your business on the go.

The RE Broker feels to try to short both, but not sure why they even think thats possible.Other groups to post this in?
