I find traffic is a little less of an issue on Sunday night than early Monday morning.I was concerned about representing myself honestly as well, but I also didn't want to appear to be a middleman to potential sellers either.

IMO, they are a very good organization.  

But I'm wondering if there are any key storage/ organization systems you have utilized that you would recommend?

The institutional side of real estate is cracking down as well, banks, title companies and organizations like the NRA, ALTA, ABA, are having issues with contract assignments by parties that don't have the ability to buy.   

It was easier for me to go to RE classes straight from my job and not sit in Houston traffic wasting valuable time.

They are also the organization that will help tenants take legal action against landlords.

Start by googling the organization and learning what you can.  

Even if you know nothing about source code, it has been scoured through and independently audited by many organizations/people. 

Then there is the variable cost of drafting the articles of organization, which LegalZoom will do for $189 or a good lawyer will do for $400-500.
