When I read your title, I thought....Oh, brother, what nut do we have now with some wild scheme, but then a few seconds later I recalled a motel deal that I got dumped to a buyer in India, so I thought, well, yes, you certainly can, with a lot of headaches and brain damage.

I've been trying to crack that nut for some time. 

I know this is a lot easier said that done but this was our method.Everyone other than our support group thought we were nuts and going to "lose it all".

I realize costs will vary from location to location but if you brought me a deal with the repairs being less than $20/sqft for anything much more than a pure carpet and paint rehab I would tell you that you were nuts and it would be WAY more than your estimates.
