How you want to use this info to decide on what to purchase is completely up to you, but keep that in mind if you are feeling pressured to purchase something this summer.

Amazing financing terms with at least 5 years of locked terms is key in this weird market we are in. ... and many other considerations, like local market pressures, local politics, natural disaster liklihood, tourism diversity, nearby town growth, etc.

Buy a pressure cooker at Salvation Army or thrift world.

My partners and I stepped up and started putting pressure on them to perform and we're back on track now.

And knowing some successful agents that still feel the pressure to not turn down a listing in this market, even knowing the seller's expectations are somewhat unreasonable, feels like it would be all the worse.

Don't put pressure on yourself.
