It might be worth a quick check with an attorney to understand your liability and your obligations.I don't pretend to know anything about it, but having stolen goods installed, especially if you have personal knowledge of the circumstances can't be a good thing to be involved with.

If you all hadn't mentioned that in Texas the zestimate value is not accurate, I would have been wasting lot of time on properties just because of that value.I think even if Zillow's and other similar listings get very accurate, I'd still have an RE agent involved in the process to make sure I wasn't forgetting something.

If they are under 20, then involving them in the development and subsequent day-to-day management (well, weekends and school vacations, really, when you are talking about a paintball place) of a Paintball facility would afford them an opportunity to learn how to run a business (and how to delegate and hold both themselves and employees accountable).
