I’d be clearer, instead of ”prompt” define your expectations as ”except a response within 24 hours or 8 business hours” and in instead of “good” photos define “photos front of house, newly renovated kitchen with granite, bathrooms, other photIs woth jey features, and back yard”

Unfortunately, the Sutton Power station ash ponds are significantly (5x to 6x) larger than the Dan River ash ponds according to NC DEQ Inventory of Duke Energy Coal Ash Ponds and Wilmington is significantly more populated than Eden NC, the site of the Dan River breach.

The interior and landscaping are dated and could be updated to increase the home's value to the neighborhood median (close to $600k).Here are my ideas:1) move him into an apartment/condo2) buy the house as a purchase option3) renovate the home4) Sell the home5) buy a multifamily property in partnership with the father in law with the all the equity generated from selling his house.

Here was my thought process on the different categories with a screenshot of the summary below:Property Taxes: Last property taxes on Zillow was before this unit was renovated when it sold for half of what it is listed for now, so doubled property taxes.Purchase Price: Listed at $155,000 and has been on the market for a while.
