The layout in each unit would be indentical.Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everybody,I'm building an RV park and have started making phone calls to different telecommunication companies on how to supply cable and internet for each space at my RV park. 

The garage will be converted into 2 units of 1bed/1.5bath 660sqft each, I believe that we are going to rent each one for $2k/month w all utilities and internet...

Also, you will need a kitchenette, small appliances cost more than large ones so try and layout the space in a way that you can fit an apartment size refrigerator and a full size range in the space. 

I’ll lay out my situation, goal and how I think I’d like to achieve that goal.

LL provides cable (optimum) to tenant but not internet.

There are a ton of resources on the internet.

You will find this exact same site with the same wording all over the internet and in just about every city.  

If you have access to the general and specialist books on how to do stuff and THEN you go to YouTube for video demonstrations and other internet sources for more guidance, you can't realistically be steered COMPLETELY wrong even on complicated renovation projects.Whereas you can easily be steered wrong just by going to YouTube and checking out unvetted videos at random.

With the internet you have access to unlimited information for free.
