Our local contract states that when you request repairs/credits after a home inspection the sellers first response can not be to void the contract.

We don't plan on using the same business entity for our rental business.I asked them about portfolio lending and she got back to me with some responses that are positive but now I'm feeling kind of LOST because I'm still in the baby stages.

I heartily second @Anthony Dooley's response.

Depending on the state, you're responsible for the total payoff including the entire outstanding balance, arrears and legal costs. 

You haven't described a scenario that would qualify for one of the exceptions, so a "straight no" is the correct response.......Also, you know that FHA loans aren't the only low down payment options out there, right? 

Is the lease NNN or is landlord responsible for roof, HVAC, etc?
