Good morning, Has anyone had positive experiences with attorneys for the sake of lending private money for an investment property in the State of Ohio?

Flips are good, but you definitely want to know what you are doing, if you can find a duplex that fits your family and needs work you could get the experience fixing it up and making it really nice for your family.

I believe unpermitted ADU's is extremely common in Oakland.Does anyone have experience with the Oakland ADU Amnesty program?

As an individual looking for one off you will find it hard to find a title company that is going to do any serious work for free.Also there are a lot of time pay services that do put all this together for you.. 

Does anyone have experience in this town or with this company?

I want to actually hear it from people who have experience with the area and who know what's going on.

We seem to get higher returns, have higher occupancy, asset seems more resilient and overall a better investment than multifamily.Does anyone else have any experiences?

@Todd Hutcheson I've been calling lots of landlord on Facebook and Craigslist, but haven't seen a ton of success from it yet, but it is definitely great experience.

Any experience and/or thoughts on the "notice" "cease and desist" "causing extreme distress."
