If they were legally built before then, they have another designation. 2 add on units, that are otherwise identical, could each have a different designation based on when it was built.

They are of course going to try but if in the apartment there is someone interested in a similar unit as the one you are vacating but they have another identical yours is not going to get filled.

In other words, how much you owe is a completely meaningless number, unless you literally have identical income and identical withholdings for two years.As far as your rentals, look at Line 5 on Schedule 1 of your tax returns.
