If they were legally built before then, they have another designation. 2 add on units, that are otherwise identical, could each have a different designation based on when it was built.

In other words, how much you owe is a completely meaningless number, unless you literally have identical income and identical withholdings for two years.As far as your rentals, look at Line 5 on Schedule 1 of your tax returns.
