Nothing is being built at all right now so eventually the oversupply of houses that were built will be sucked up and there will be more people looking to buy houses than are selling.One other thing to remember as far as normal inventory goes.

Anyone who believes that isn't aware of how agencies work and how many firewalls there are between such agencies and political influence, in fact, it is illegal to attempt to influence any agency official in the performance of duties....guess most here can't remember Nixon.The rate dropped THREE TENTHS OF ONE PERCENT which happens often and SIX TENTHS OF ONE PERCENT IN THE LAST THREE MONTHS, which AVERAGES TWO TENTHS OF ONE PERCENT.

Remember many park will operate with a GRM that many investors though were reserved for people that have owned their properties for decades and had paid down all sorts of debt.Anyway- it does have value from this standpoint.

(I am wording it this way because IRS pubs word it this way, on no monkey knows what they actually mean).I also remember a few years back I may have read something about that if you expect to go to a place for a year or more regularly, it will be considered your workplace, so the drive will be a commute, no matter what.

Ideally, it will not only pay expenses, but produce cashflow for additional income (if you dont buy right, then you might never be able to produce positive cashflow so analyze each property carefully).
