This has led me to look at properties in the following high school districts:>Mustang>Moore>Westmoore>Southmoore>Edmund and Choctaw fit his bill as well, but the values in Edmund seem too high and there does not seem to be a lot of market activity in Choctaw (please correct me if I am wrong).The strategy behind these numbers is to buy in cash and then perform a cash out refinance a little down the line.

He is in jail for DWI, Drugs and Domestic and got denied parole because of his record, I'm not worried about dying over this deal if that's what you're getting at, I personally grew up around and have met some pretty shady characters, these people just dont fit the bill.

I think my ideal final exit strategy would be to consolidate all of my equity into 1-2 large MFHs which bring in my monthly income goal.I would love to invest close to home however i'm not sure if it would be the right move due to the high property values in the northern California area.

Some of our canvassing has been to put in a dance/fitness user.We have one tenant whose lease states that the "Demised Premises shall be used solely for retail purposes to operate a casual dining restaurant/cafe".This tenant is new to the shopping center as of a few months prior to our taking ownership.
