Wholesalers too are human and can miscalculate or some unfortunately even often under estimate.

I tend to dream bigger dreams than what selling make-up or vacuum cleaners might offer, and with things like that being so popular, I don't see the point in it for me (everyone I know is a dealer of sorts so why should I become one too if I would have no one to sell to lol).

Volunteer (if possible) for you local Habitat for Humanity or other volunteer programs where you can spend time with tradesmen.

Their mother is still alive and all four of them made the decision to give the property to us after Habitat for Humanity could not accept the property as a donation.

Ultimately, value of a given property is determined by a ready, willing, and able HUMAN.
