RE in OC is hot.  

Brokers and agents are taking trips,buying new cars, bigger houses, bragging about market is hot,hot,hot etc.I saw it all back in 2006,2007 on last downturn.

My wife made it a beautiful home, added a hot tub, updated the HVAC, repaired the boathouse, remodeled the Master bathroom & several other items like emergency generator connection.

Ok, maybe you hit a hot button in me!

As soon as I got back to the hotel, I immediately made a beeline to the bathroom, and jumped into the shower, fully clothed, and ran the hot water as hot as I could stand it.

The inner city historic areas are pretty hot from what I hear.

If not, I keep it and find another tenant.But our market is very hot and I would probably not even hold a unit for 12/1, let alone 1/1. 

They verify smoke detectors, GFCI's, hot water, heat and overall condition of the property.
