Could be some advantage from what I remember about paying for your health insurance and that of your employees and if you are a super saver and want to contribute more than normal amount to IRA/Roth, but want to set up some kind of pension plan.

Well, he didn't take that very well and demanding reason. wrote a very lengthy respond basically calling me out as an ethically challenged slumlord and he is probably going to die in the streets and have to have his cats killed, live in his van, i could go on and on. health, financial issues, which i do somewhat believe just not to the extent he claims.

You can require a Veterinarians health report on the animal AND require it be annually updated; we require all are spayed or neutered to minimize aggressive behavior and prevent the issues arising from multiple offspring; the animal must be carried by the handler or in a carrier when in confined spaces such as elevators, stairwells laundry rooms etc. unless doing so prevents the animal from performing tasks it was trained for; handler must clean up after the animal in all common areas and prevent offensive odors from emanating from their unit; handler remains responsible for actual damages caused by the animal including cleanup and damage of yard areas; nuisance animals that bark or create other disturbances NOT related to their specific tasks are grounds for removal of the animal and/or the tenant with appropriate notice.Some states do have more or less restrictions within their Fair Housing laws, so you do need to check on that, but our policies have been reviewed and approved by our RE attorneys.

Can't promise anything for the future but more and more people are moving here every year for the famous Boulder lifestyle which has basically become its own brand, Google just opened a branch, there's a vibrant tech scene and a huge start-up culture fueled by a few big VC groups, many of the biggest health food and natural products brands are based here, the outdoor industry is huge, there's biotech, cleantech, software companies galore, the university provides a lot of recession proof high paying jobs as well as the hospital, NIST, NOAA, UCAR, NCAR, IBM, Lockheed Martin, Ball Aerospace, Sierra Nevada Corp., Qualcomm, Rally, Batelle, Covidien, Medtronic, Northrop Grumman, Whole Foods, etc. plus Denver is only a 30 minute commute.
