Looking for the general differences, but one specific question as well, would the 5% work for a 5 unit or also only for 1-4 unit?

Well, to Shiloh and Bob's points, sports can be baseball, basketball, tennis, weightlifting, running...  

I wouldn't worry as much about the age as I would what it would cost, how much it would rent for, how well it is built and when major repairs will be needed (ie how long will the roof last).Also for the two-are they both condos (ie strata/condo fees) or is one freehold and the other a condo (ie one has condo fees and the other doesn't)? 

So although the common wisdom or recommendation is to talk to a lawyer (which I did) I'm getting conflicting advice on this whole issue of Wyoming LLCs and the level of protection and anonymity they actually provide. 

But the one I'm working with has served me really well even though I have not  yet signed an agreement with her.  

Taking it a step further, do they not do your book keeping as well so they can just do this for you?
