Its getting to the point where the rates almost have to be so astronomical that people simply can't afford them. 

I currently have 7 houses and at a pace now of 3-4 more SFH per year  Depends on your rate and can you invest that money in something that will do better?

I would advise those interested to get in contact as soon as possible as Somalia has recently signed a 10 year agreement with turkey to drill 3 oil blocks around 100km more or less off the coast of Somalia.

I do know that the pricing varies based on the unit count as well as what level you sign up for; but overall, it's super user-friendly for tenants, PM's & owners.Plus they're always updating their software and adding new automation features to make everything so simple as well as well as great customer support.
