These agencies have group homes where items posted by Mathew Wray are made available to help them on an ongoing basis; with group homes I guess there are some gains in efficiency so that the number of coaches and such that are needed are lessened.

Very interesting.This Forbes article from last week says that because we fell so far, the gains thus we've seen are sustainable, and in fact says we're still undervalued: http://www.forbes.com/sites/morganbrennan/2013/06/13/the-most-overvalued-and-undervalued-housing-markets-in-the-u-s/Take it with a grain of salt, of course.It's certainly interesting to watch, and a very hot market.

Now that is fine, but you have to be able to fund that losing property when necessary(maint, turnover, repairs, eviction), and carry it long enough to sell and realize your gain.
